COVID-19 Measures

The Health and well-being of our clients and our staff have always been our top priority.
Therefore we have put in place strict measures to protect us all.

THE NEW NORM! 

  1. Please phone, message or email to make appointments we will not be accepting walk-ins. This will help to maintain social distancing.
  2. Upon arrival please wait at the front door or in the hall if it is raining. A member of our team will greet you. Sorry you may want to hug us or shake hands, we know we would like to, however there is to be no contact.
  3. On arrival you will be asked to sanitise your hands with the provided hand sanitiser or wash your hands with soap and water.
  4. We will be testing all our temperatures with non contact thermometers. 
  5. Please come alone for your appointment where possible. 
  6. You will be shown where to hang any coats etc. 
  7. Once at your allocated styling station a personal client pack will be waiting for you. A freshly laundered gown and disposable towel individually wrapped. 
  8. Please bring your own face mask. (We can provide masks but there will be a minimal charge of £1 a mask) 
  9. Our team are following a strict hygiene guideline and we ask that you do the same. Your styling station will have a paper bag for any rubbish or tissues you may use, please bin any rubbish straight away. There will be no magazines or newspapers, please feel free to bring a Kindle or your own reading material.
  10. Team members will be sanitising all stations doorhandles, seating areas and bathrooms regularly between each appointment.
  11. Our team will be washing their hands and sanitising all the equipment between clients and their appointments.
  12. We ask that you do not touch any of the retail products unless you are definitely purchasing them. If you know what you require prior to your appointment please contact Vicky and let her know and she will have these ready for you on your appointment.
  13. Please pay with card where possible instead of cash. For those that like to tip we can add this to the card payment or please pass directly to the stylist. 
  14. Price increase...... There will be a small increase in order to keep up with inflation, rising costs by our suppliers and most recently new practices put into place due to Covid 19. We have endeavoured to keep this to a minimum and something we must do in order to continue to offer you the same quality and services you have come to expect from us. we would like to thank you for your continuing customer loyalty.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF:

  1. You feel unwell
  2. You live with anyone unwell
  3. You have been in contact with anyone who has typical coronavirus symptoms, a cough, shortness of breath and or loss of taste or sense of smell.
  4. You have recently travelled to an area with high infection rates.

WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANY 3RD PARTY, HOWEVER TRACK AND TRACE IS IN PLACE AND WILL BE USED IN RELATION TO ANY COVID-19 ISSUES.
